I want to express my deep gratitude to HH and especially to Nadia, for all the help they gave me during my pregnancy. I found HH without even looking for it the help came to me at a time when I needed it most. They supported me so much, not only with financial and physical help but also with incredible emotional support. They were always there for me, and thanks to that, I was able to continue my pregnancy, waiting for my baby with so much love and peace in my heart. This whole process reminded me that God is always present, the He never leaves us alone, and that He helps us at every moment, which allowed me to never lose faith. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to the entire HH family.

During my first trimester I was so stressed and anxious about being alone and how am I going to do it without any support system. I found HH when I googled ‘pregnancy crisis support’. I emailed them, they called me straight away, they told me I’ll be ok, also told me they will support me. From day 1 of my antenatal appointment till my last one they went with me, gave me baby items, food hampers and took me out for coffee. They always called and messaged to check on me. After having my baby, I got gifts and regular visits. Even though I have no family to share my joy of having a baby here in Australia, the love, support and care I get from HH is like family. They make me enjoy my pregnancy and motherhood.

Dad S: Reflecting on our journey into parenthood, I am filled with gratitude for the remarkable support we received from HH, a Christian organisation that came to our aid when we needed it most. In the midst of uncertainty and financial strain, HH stepped in and provided us with everything needed to welcome our son, ‘M’ into the world. They generously supplied essential baby items. Food hampers. Their care extended beyond providing physical items. Just wanted to say how very grateful we are to HH for helping our daughter throughout her pregnancy. The level of support was way and beyond both emotionally and physically. Nadia and Jane brought her to her appointments both hospital and ultrasound to our amazement HH had provided her with all the baby essentials and more. For families and single mothers in need of assistance I can honestly say they are truly angels as they are compassionate and truly caring. Thank you for all that you have done.

Since the day I found out I was pregnant I didn’t know how to think or feel. A few days later I wanted to abort my child at that point I felt the lowest and thought to myself I can’t do that. So, I went and looked for some help and found hope house. I met a lovely lady name Nadia who helped me out throughout my whole pregnancy and made me realise that having a child is definitely a blessing from the man above and there’s no way I could abort my child that the lord blessed me with! I thank Nadia for helping me throughout my whole pregnancy and after! Hope house have helped me so much and I cannot thank them enough for what they’ve done for me and my child during the tough times I had during pregnancy. I appreciate everything hope house have done for me and most importantly I thank the lord for blessing me with a child.

I found out I was pregnant 2 months after relocating to Australia. With no family or friends, I felt like I was alone with no one to turn to. I reached out to HH desperate to talk to someone who wouldn’t judge me. HH did not only support me with words of encouragement- they helped with providing all the essentials I would need for this new journey. Because of them, I was able to enjoy my pregnancy and love this blessing from God. HH did more for me than I expected and I will forever be grateful for their support.

HH was contacted by ‘R’ seeking help for her pregnant friend who was due to have her baby soon and didn’t have anything for her baby. Her friend has only been in Australia for a few months. HH provided ‘D’ with baby items and food hampers that she needed and took her to her latest antenatal appointments. She has had her beautiful daughter and is very happy with the help and support she received from HH. She thanks God for this help. ‘D’ and her husband are Christians. We have encouraged them to trust God to supply their needs.
